Food manufacturer established in 1973. The company began by manufacturing and selling “Yakiniku Teishoku” (set meals of grilled meat) to coffee shops and other establishments, and now sells its products to restaurants and hotels nationwide, as well as to department stores, also through its own mail-order business. Since the additive-free food production started about 20 years ago, the company has been emphasizing “healthy” and “naturally delicious” rather than “easy to sell”. The company's most popular hamburger steak has shipped more than 2.5 million units annually.
